ODUMASE-KROBO, E/R. – The Agormanya Area Head of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr. Samuel Kojo Gakpetor, has commended the Member of Parliament for the establishment of an Apprenticeship Training Centre, describing the initiative as a significant intervention that will positively impact both the municipality and the constituency.
According to him, the centre will create employment opportunities and provide a pathway for many seamstresses and apprentices who are unable to establish their own businesses after completing their training. He noted that the initiative will enable beneficiaries to work, earn an income, and save towards achieving their future aspirations.
Apostle Dr. Gakpetor described the project as a visionary and forward-looking initiative that has the potential to transform the lives of many young people within the constituency.

He, however, stressed that the success of the programme will largely depend on the commitment, unity, and dedication of the beneficiaries. He encouraged them to work hard, remain disciplined, and make the most of the opportunity provided to them.
The Agormanya Area Head further urged the beneficiaries to uphold excellence in their work, noting that their performance would reflect positively on the Member of Parliament, who also serves as Deputy Minister for the Interior.
He explained that the MP is expected to leverage his influence to secure opportunities and contracts for the beneficiaries, and therefore, maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality workmanship is essential.
Apostle Dr. Gakpetor also acknowledged that the beneficiaries come from different apprenticeship backgrounds and training centres, which may result in occasional misunderstandings or differences. However, he encouraged them to remain united, humble, and supportive of one another to ensure the successful realization of the vision behind the initiative.
He expressed confidence that if the beneficiaries demonstrate commitment and excellence, the success of the project could pave the way for the establishment of similar centres across the constituency, creating more opportunities for young people and contributing to local economic development.
